Shipping at a glance

We ship from China to the supported destinations listed in our Shipping Policy. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 5–12 business days in transit. Processing and transit are separate.

Shipping is US$4.99 below US$69 and free for orders of US$69 or more. For other currencies, conversion and applicable rounding are shown at checkout before payment.

Returns and order help

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery under our voluntary policy. Ordinary returns are sent to China at the customer’s expense; we cover return shipping for wrong, defective or damaged items. Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after receipt and inspection, or sooner where applicable law requires.
