Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and may vary based on:

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available). Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Reshipping fees may apply

  • Refunds may be subject to shipping deductions

If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it:

  • Please check with household members/neighbors
