Business and dispatch origin
Satisfykit is owned and operated by Femmewardrobe INC. Our operations are based in China. All orders are shipped from China.
Destinations
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal and Sweden. Shipping is available to addresses supported at checkout. If your country or address cannot be selected at checkout, we do not currently offer shipping to that destination.
Processing and transit time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Transit to the destinations listed above usually takes 5–12 business days after dispatch. Processing time is additional to transit time. Delivery estimates may vary due to customs, carrier delays or other factors.
Shipping charges
Shipping costs US$4.99 for orders below US$69. Orders of US$69 or more qualify for free shipping. For other currencies, conversion and applicable rounding are reflected at checkout. The shipping charge and order total are shown before payment.
Tracking
We send tracking information by email when available. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
Address and delivery issues
Check your shipping address before ordering. If an order is returned because the address is incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment, and shipping deductions may apply to refunds. Contact us for assistance with delayed or missing packages.
Customs, duties and taxes
Any taxes charged by our checkout are displayed before payment. International orders may also be subject to customs duties or import charges determined by the destination authorities. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the customer on import; review the checkout information and destination requirements before ordering.
