Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at SatisfyKit. We value your experience and want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

  • The item is returned with all included accessories (if applicable)

Due to hygiene and product safety considerations, certain products may be non-returnable if opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We generally do not accept returns for:

  • Used, opened, or altered products

  • Items returned with missing parts

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers

If you believe your case is an exception, please contact us at support@satisfykit.com and we will review it.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

We will offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Store credit


4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the return address.

Do not send items back without approval, as this may delay or void your return.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, damage), we will cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.


6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

Unresolved chargebacks may result in delayed support and account restrictions.
