Satisfykit is owned and operated by Femmewardrobe INC. Returns are sent to our operations and return address in China, listed below. Our United States company registration and mailing address is not a return address.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

The item is returned with all included accessories (if applicable)
These conditions apply to our voluntary 30-day return policy. They do not limit any applicable statutory cancellation, refund or faulty-goods rights. In particular, the unused and original-packaging conditions do not override your right to inspect goods under applicable consumer law.
Where EU consumer withdrawal rules apply, you can notify us that you wish to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. Refunds under those rules include the applicable standard delivery charge and are issued within the legally required period, generally within 14 days of cancellation; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence they were sent back, whichever occurs first.
2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us before sending items back so we can provide the correct return instructions. This request does not limit any statutory right to cancel or return goods.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, damage), we will cover return shipping.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
