What does Satisfykit sell?

Am I buying a finished model or a DIY kit?
Clay craft products are DIY materials kits requiring making and assembly. Finished images show examples. Desk fidget listings can include individual items or a DIY set, so read the selected option and package contents before ordering.
What comes with my product?
Check the package contents and selected variant on the product page. Tools, accessories and quantities vary by product. Background furniture and styling props are not included unless explicitly listed.
Where is the business based, and where do orders ship from?
Satisfykit is owned and operated by Femmewardrobe INC. Operations, dispatch and returns are based in China. The US registered address is for registration and mail only. See Contact for both addresses.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal and Sweden, subject to the address options available at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is US$4.99 below US$69, and free for orders of US$69 or more. Currency conversion, applicable rounding and the final charge are displayed at checkout before payment.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 1–3 business days for order processing, then an estimated 5–12 business days in transit after dispatch. These are separate periods, not a 1–3 day delivery promise. Customs or carrier delays may affect delivery. Read the Shipping Policy.
Can I return an order?
Our voluntary policy allows a return request within 30 days of delivery for unused goods in original condition and packaging, with included accessories. Applicable statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights are preserved. Read the Return & Refund Policy.
Where are returns sent, and who pays postage?
Returns go to China. Email us for instructions before posting. Customers pay ordinary return postage; we cover postage where the return is due to a wrong, defective or damaged item. The US registered mailing address does not accept product returns.
When will my refund be processed?
Approved refunds under the voluntary policy are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after we receive and inspect the return, or sooner where applicable law requires. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Are food-inspired products edible, and are they suitable for every child?
They are not edible. Products can contain small or detachable parts and crafting tools. Keep away from children under 6 and pets, follow any higher product-specific age guidance and supervise children using an age-appropriate product. See Product Use & Safety.
Can I heat or remelt a Picky Pad?
Only use the methods and equipment specified in the instructions supplied with that product. Do not assume every product can be heated in a microwave or oven.
